The Omron LVS V275 Series is a factory-built system integrated into the Zebra ZT600 thermal label printers that can provide highly accurate automated inspection of thousands of labels per day. This is a complete UL-approved inspection solution combining a Zebra ZT610 or ZT620 printer with a factory-integrated floating head inspection camera and advanced software. There is ethernet-based communication between the inspection system and the PC or server. And it has the ability to network multiple printers into a single PC or server. The V275 grades 1D and 2D barcodes at normal printing speeds to ISO 15415, ISO 15416 and GS1 standards while inspecting human-readable content for accuracy and print quality using OCR, OCV and blemish detection tools. It supports compliance with GS1 requirements for barcode quality to ISO 15415/15416 standards and GS1 General Specifications.
